2. Work at METCO TEXTILE MILL Noor-i-abad based Plant Consist of 1x4 Caterpillar Genset (G3520c) 02 MW/Genset, (G3520B) 1.4MW & (G3516A) 01 MW.
3. Work at FKN Textile Mill Noor-i-abad based plant consist of 1x1 caterpillar Genset (G3516) 01 MW
During this Period I have Working in:
1000 hrs Periodic/Scheduled Maintenance/Service.
Engine Valve lash-Inspect/Adjust, Engine crankcase breather clean,Exhaust piping,Spark plug-checks/Adjust/Replace and Ignition system timming-check.
2000 hrs Preventive Maintenance/Service.
Engine oil-filter change, Coolant-add/test and Actuator control linkage-lubricate.
SKILLS
Hands on experience on the maintenance of Caterpillar G3520C 3520B &3516-3516A Genset.
Hands on experience on the assembling of Engine Heads, Valve wearing, Tapped Clearance, effective use of tools and manpower.
To manage and look after all maintenance administrative schedule.
To plan and follow up maintenance schedules as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
Create ways and means of developing efficient maintenance methods for an improved availability of spare parts,tools and equipment.
